Irina Sadakova is an experienced Qigong Practitioner, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, energy therapist, and educator with a deep passion for supporting personal transformation. Originally from Russia, Irina’s own journey of overcoming the trauma of abandonment has shaped her compassionate and intuitive approach. She is dedicated to raising awareness about the effects of trauma, particularly within the field of education.

Rooted in curiosity, presence, and deep listening, Irina combines therapeutic methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Many clients seek her guidance to navigate emotional imbalance, stress, burnout, relationship struggles, or painful past experiences. Through warmth and compassion, Irina helps them explore what lies beneath the surface, reconnect with their inner resilience, and gently release what no longer serves them.

Irina is a strong advocate for trauma-informed education and offers international training for educators on self-care, emotional regulation, and sustainable pedagogical practices. As a certified Qigong leader, she integrates movement into her work to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and physical vitality. She also organizes workshops and classes that combine Qigong, compassionate inquiry, and awareness techniques as tools for everyday wellbeing.
